We have just purchased and completed our dream house and cannot thank Teresa and Richard enough for all there help. Our experience has been amazing with Long Buckby Jackson Grundy. Teresa was so knowledgeable when doing our original viewing. She knew everything about the house and the local area. Completely different experience to other houses we had viewed! Throughout the process herself and Richard have been giving us regular updates/helping with solicitor questions or queries etc. and really helped to get the house over the line as soon as possible. Each time I have ended up using Jackson Grundy to either buy or sell and I can hands down say they are by far the best estate agents in Northampton. The communication, effort and friendliness is second to none. On this occasion I sold through them and Becky from the Duston branch handled the sale which without her would have been a very stressful process. She went above and beyond for us.
