Fantastic service by the Kingsthorpe team

I can't speak highly enough of the Jackson & Grundy team in Kingsthorpe, from start to finish they delivered a fantastic service. Will and David were both super helpful, from the initial sign up and working extra hard to get our photos online before the bank holiday weekend ... to keeping us updated throughout our sale. Any issues were dealt with efficiently and if we had any questions, they always fed back to us quickly!

Wonderful and caring staff members

I purchased my property through Jackson Grundy and the experience was wonderful. My estate agent is Becky Toone and she is absolutely amazing. She was kind,polite and friendly and I felt at ease straight away.The property took longer than it should due to chain issues but Becky was so kind and sensitive throughout the whole process. Amazing Duston Team!

We can't thank the team at the Duston branch enough for their help with our sale and purchase. From Chris' valuation, right through to completion, the team worked tirelessly to get us over the line - especially Becky Toone. At one point, we thought the sale would never happen, due to various delays with our buyer, and we were worried that we would lose our purchase. Becky and the team worked in tandem with our solicitors to move the process forwards, including calling, e-mailing and chasing the buyer and his solicitors, and keeping us up to date every step of the way, until our eventual completion. We cannot thank them enough, especially Becky, for helping us to manage the stress, and for their excellent service and communication. Highly recommended! Thanks guys :)

The wonderful staff at JG

The wonderful staff at JG, especially Steve, have never been anything but brilliant throughout the 2 years it has taken to sell my house. Despite many sales failing, a few on the day before completion, they have instantly secured new viewings. The have always been honest and fair, contactable at a times and personable throughout. In the midst of all the let downs, I have felt supported and respected, so that I can now celebrate the completion of a sale that could have been so much more stressful. I cannot express any more how grateful I am to their expertise and dedication.

We had an extremely risky chain where the deal could've fell through due to very tight deadlines for completion, but Becky was a force of nature doing everything she could from chasing the buyers/sellers up and down the chain as well as the solicitors . From start to end their service delivery was extremely good. Olivia at the Duston branch maintained communication between us, buyers and both set of solicitors. Olivia shared up to date information making the process less stressful. I would have given 5 stars BUT commission was agreed at a lower %, they tried to charge an higher % and did not in any way state that VAT would be added. This made a significant difference in our payment to them and lacked clarity on their part. However I would go with them again.

There was always someone available to answer any questions and deal with any issues that arose. Teresa was especially good, she made sure we were up to speed with what we needed to do in a professional and friendly manner. We primarily dealt with Teresa, whom we thought was the best Sales Progressor we have ever purchased through. Teresa was honest, resilient and up to speed with everything. I can honestly say it has been the best experience for a FTB, Louise answered all my questions I had about every single thing professionally and promptly. Fantastic estate agents! Chris was very quick in finding someone to buy our house, both him and Megan were incredibly professional with everything to do the sale and showings.Becky was a godsend when it came to the sale! Jackson and Grundy Duston - superb

Jackson and Grundy Duston, have been amazing to deal with from start to end. We initially chose them to sell our property, as compared to other agents we approached they did not do a hard sell, harass us, or rubbish other agency’s in comparison to them. Megan and Chris were super professional throughout the selling process and they helped me secure an offer within a week or two of being on the market. Later Becky was superb as the sale progressed and supported above and beyond with facilitating communication between us, all solicitors in the chain and the other estate agents in the chain. I’m so grateful to the whole team for the fantastic service they gave us and after having a pretty dismal view of estate agents prior to working to these guys, I have had my mind well and truly changed. My advice to anyone choosing an estate agent to sell their property is to be careful who you chose to represent you - if they hard sell and make you uncomfortable then the chances are that any potential buyers of your property will feel the same. The team at Duston could not be more pleasant to deal with.

I am actually struggling to put into words just how fantastic the Team at the Long Buckby branch of Jackson Grundy have been. I don't want this review to be percieved as so glowing that it sounds fake, but honestly... Teresa and Richard COULD NOT have been more supportive to my partner and I, throughout what was a complex and tricky sale period. There were many external factors, hurdles and unlucky moments along the way, all part of a normal house move I guess. But even at their very busiest times they managed to somehow strike the perfect balance between being professional & efficient, yet remained friendly, attentive always took the time to explain everything to us in words we could understand. Nothing was too much trouble! From Richard liaising regularly with our solicitor, to Teresa coaching us through the mortgage process, to their secretary even collecting the keys to our new house for us (which didn't even involve them!). I didn't think that estate agents like this existed, but they do, and they make "going the extra mile" seem like just a regular thing. Exceptional service in the truest sense of the word. Thank you Teresa and Richard, we couldn't have done it without you.
