As novices, Monika dealt with every query we had, not matter, how silly the question could be and all with a smile and endless patience. There should be more people like Monika blessed with such wonderful customer service skills. On one day when we were racing against time and could not make it to er office, Monika even came over to our residence to get some important documents signed. Not many will do this. We used the Countrywide mortgage service at Dixons provided by Monika. Monika was personable, engaging and a super communicator. She gave us sound advice, worked fast to select us a great deal and pushed to get it through as soon as possible. We couldn't believe how efficient the service was and between Monika and the mortgage provider she had selected, we had an agreed mortgage offer on a house within days. I can’t thank Monika Hajkova enough for helping me buy the property. Where can I start?,The first appointment she explained everything to me in a simple way leaving no chance for misunderstanding or questions although I kept asking silly questions, she never lost her cool and was very professional. She well understood my requirements and walked me through every step explaining all the available options and really made it easy for a first time buyer like myself to choose the best that is available. After starting the purchase process, she kept me well informed , chased all whoever was involved to get things done as soon as possible. I have tried numerous times to call Dixons Kings Health and have NEVER received an answer. The only time they ever got back to me was when I told them I have a house I want to sell, only then did they spam call me. DO NOT sell your house with Dixons, they will not do a good job or put any effort in to customers who are interested.
