Amelia, Emily and Amreen have been great during the purchase of my first property! ✨ From our first viewing with Amreen the process has been super smooth, Emily was really helpful with the onboarding and Amelia has been wonderful at progressing the sale to enable us to complete on time! We received regular updates and were able to keep communication going to keep things moving! Would definitely recommend and will use this branch again in future as everyone was really cheerful, friendly and helpful! We also got a cute welcome pack when we collected our keys which was appreciated ☺️ Thank you!

We just completed purchase and I can not praise girls enough for all the hard work! All of them are amazing but Amelia is just something else! Without her we would pull out long time ago ( it took 10months!), she would provide me with answers quicker than solicitors and was making sure sellers solicitor is replying. She did job of the solicitors- collecting all necessary documents and answers, she should get a huge bonus for all the hard work!!!Thank you Emily, Ahmreen and Amelia for putting up with me!

We sold our house through Dixons and they couldn’t have done a bette job! Amelia, Emily and Ahmreen were so professional and dedicated to getting our transaction competed in the face of so many things going wrong! They got the house an offer within 2 weeks and even though (through zero fault of their own) the process dragged out, they kept fighting on our behalf and never stopped trying to make sure we got the results we wanted! Couldn’t recommend them enough, they’re all exceptional at their jobs and all work so hard to get you in your house as quickly as possible!

We experienced Excellent customer service at the kings Heath branch of Dixons. A big thankyou to all the ladies for looking after us from start to finish! Emily's valuation was spot on, thankfully we listened and went with her advice about local house prices, stamp duty etc and were very pleased with the offer we finally accepted. Ahmreen was on time for every viewing and very responsive to texts making sure she passed on any appointments or changes to viewings and as a result no viewings were missed or time wasted. Finally Amelia in the office was so on the ball with replying to emails and very patient having to explain more than once about identity checks etc and what the next steps were which was very reassuring to us! Really let down by Dixons - received notification that they had cancelled my valuation less than a hour to go. The reason given was the person’s car couldn’t start…she couldn’t come in any other way apparently and no one else was available to come around and do the valuation instead. Emily was unhelpful and didn’t seem to care. The focus was on their employee that she lived far away and had a baby…if she had taken a interest in the customer I.e. me, I could have told her that I’ve got a baby too with me and had to travel to my mum’s house to do this valuation. But she wasn’t bothered about that. Unprofessional and a major inconvenience as I had lined up three valuations to be done in time for application of probate. Will not be using them in the future as they have proved to be a business you cannot rely on, and I wouldn’t recommend them.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Dixons King’s Heath I’m based overseas and initially appointed Dixons King’s Heath as the sole agent to sell my property, after speaking with Amelia and reading their reviews I was feeling confident in their service. Unfortunately, the entire experience was a waste of time and incredibly frustrating. Communication from the team was consistently poor, multiple broken promises of calls and emails which I had to chase up. Despite requesting a rental evaluation three separate times, I never received one. Over four months, I had only three viewings, while other nearby properties in worse condition were being listed and sold. I appreciate they can't dictate the market, but something wasn't right, my property is on a street of multiple identical apartments and approximately 4 went up for sale (for the same price as mine was advertised) and sold in the time I had minimal viewings. When I raised my concerns, the updates I did receive felt meaningless, I had requested better communication not irrelevant communications, comments like “liked the property but has to wait for theirs to sell” or “liked it but not the right area” did nothing to move things forward. Frankly, it left me questioning whether the viewings even took place. I also asked for my property to be removed from their listings and the sign taken down, yet this took over a month to complete. Since switching to a new agent, the difference has been night and day, excellent communication, three viewings, and two offers within two weeks of listing. I’m extremely disappointed by the service I received from the King’s Heath branch. For an agency with such a long history, this office certainly does not represent Dixons at their best.

We have had the most wonderful experience of purchasing our first home, from making an offer to completion, it was all done under 4 weeks. Dan was kind enough to advise us of Ian who was our mortgage advisor who by the way was brilliant and got us a really good mortgage deal, took care of the insurances and connected us to Davision's who were our solicitors. Dan then organised the viewing, and everything from there was just miraculous. Shante was great is resolving our queries with the solicitors/sellers, we are truly grateful to each and everyone at Dixons in Kingsheath for helping us achieve our dream of buying our first home.

Dejan handled our sale from the outset with assistance from his team when he wasn’t available and I can’t speak highly enough of his superb advice at every stage of the process. His communication was clear throughout and his guidance was excellent, clearly based on his wide experience and thorough knowledge of the local market. He told us what would be worth doing to maximise the value of the property before it went live and he had a number of potential buyers lined up ready to view at the earliest opportunity. We also made use of Dixon’s Conveyancing Connect and were again delighted with the work done by Tamara Garcia who didn’t waste any time progressing the sale and explained exactly what was needed to meet their exacting requirements.
