Terrible service from Yardley Dixons…

Terrible service from Yardley Dixons rent team.They refused my GasSafe certificate for no reason. Gas Safe themselves said it was a totally a valid legal certificate but Dixons refused it.Off to Burchell Edwards for better service.

I had a viewing but .....

I was asked to provide proof of fund before even being able to view a property to buy. When I said I am not happy to do this before viewing the property as I am not sure if I want to place an offer on it yet, my viewing was cancelled. This is such a violation of privacy and lack of professionalism....

Absolutely unprofessional

Absolutely unprofessional, can barely get a hold of them over the phone, don't respond to email enquiries. After finally managing to get through to them and book a viewing they rescheduled twice then told me the night before the viewing was cancelled because someone had made an offer. I was one of the first to book a viewing of the property so what could of happened in between?

Terrible Service. As a landlord I paid for full management but all they did was rent collect & they didn’t do that well, leaving me in arrears. High staff turnover. Poor service level. Contractors they use botch repairs. They price the rent low to get tenants & their fee. I’d question whether the even meet the tenants. AVOID.

After being messed around by the last estate agents we were going to purchase with we were dreading the process of finally purchasing our first house, but the whole Dixon team were amazing.
