We were hoping for a fairly quick sale on our new house, then Covid 19 hit! All staff were furloughed and everything came to a standstill. Once everything was starting to open up again the team were straight back in touch. The Manager Andy, Mortgage Advisor Zahida and Estate Agent Gemma have been an absolute dream. They have chased everything up for us and kept in constant contact. I cant say enough good things about this team. Firstly, they valued our house significantly higher than we anticipated, which made us dubious tbf, but they know their stuff, and an offer was made pretty quickly (from memory it took a couple of weeks from first listing), and since they did all checks on the buyer before suggesting they look at our property, there was no issue there. They didnt stop there though. Once the sale had been agreed, they kept us informed every step of the way. I cannot compliment the friendly yet professional approach enough. I have to say i had the best time in regards to buying a property as a first time buyer. But it wouldn’t have been smooth and very easy without Zahida. She was really helpful throughout the whole process from starting to look for different lenders, application process and until the very end when i got the keys. The most impressive thing is she’s always very early to respond to emails incase of any inquiry that was made by me and was able to help in the best way she could.
