I would like to recommend Dixons Denise especially who is the mortgage expert. She sourced and found me best deal out there. I had quite a roller coaster ride buying my property which was out of Dixons hands but Denise was there every step of the way with help and advice. Zahida was really nice and approachable (through the phone due to lockdown!) Every time we needed help , it was very easy to ask for help. Gemma / andy were very helpful at the start of the process aswell which made our experience really comfortable. We enlisted Dixons to sell my late Aunt's property. Very professional in all their dealings with us. High quality pictures of the property attracted huge interest from many genuine, potential buyers (13 in under 24 hours !). Although the first sale fell through (buyer found out could not convert front garden into access drive), Dixons quickly contacted those with an original interest and it re-sold in under 48 hours. They are very proactive and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Special mention to Gemma and Andy, who we specifically dealt with. Dixons were very professional when dealing with our house purchase. Everything went smoothly with good communication and responsiveness being the key. They offer in-house broker service, however, there is no pressure to use this service therefore I could go with my own independent broker (which was my preferred option). If your a first time buyer and feel intimidated or find the idea of buying a house daunting I cannot recommend Zahida the mortgage consultant enough. What felt like an extremely worrying and scary process was just dissolved into a simple and straight forward task. Everything was explained and made simple from day one and each step of the way were kept informed without fail. Any issues that arose she quickly resolved keeping us notified all the time. Again I cant recommend Zahida enough as the level of service and professionalism that we experienced made the house buying process into something to look forward too about owning a home for ourselves as this in the end is the main goal!

She is super friendly and she made sure that we understood everyhing clearly and what needed to be done. Plus, everything went through faster than we anticipated! The service me and my partner have received from Zahida has been amazing! We are first time buyers so we didn't always understand the legal jargon. Anytime we needed to talk Zahida was always able to help and if she couldn't she'd point us in the right direction. She's always so polite and friendly, made us feel completely at ease; it's as if we've know her for years. Zahida has gone above and beyond for us, responding to our queries out of hours; even after countless emails she's still such a delight to deal with. Questions that you might think are silly, she never makes you feel like that and answers them anyway. All the things that we were stressing about having to sort, Zahida helped us with it all and has made the experience pleasureable even. Would definitely recommend 100%. The team have also been great! Zahida was fantastic when my husband and I purchased our first home.
