GoogleFrom valuation taking place to completion the whole process has been very professional. Paul valued property and got the ball rolling. Very likeable and realistic in terms of what we could expect in terms of timescales to sell and complete .(he actually stated he would expect it to be gone within 3 weeks. He sold it 4 days later.) Once sold Lydia dealt with the progression of the sale. Regular updates and went the extra mile chasing up both solicitors involved in the chain to prevent delays. Again she only dealt in facts and no false promises a true professional. Would recommend to anybody. Thanks guys.

At the initial meeting for the valuation, everything was explained clearly and gave me a lot of confidence in regards to what they said is what they would deliver. The professional pictures taken were great quality. The most pleasing thing for me was I had viewings as soon as I had the initial visit (before it was even listed) and had an offer within a couple of days. Google100% recommended. After dealing with a few agents as a first time buyer with my fiancé (some ok some not) this place gave a totally different experience. We dealt with Chris directly who again gets top marks for going above and beyond to make sure everything is in place and that we had all the info needed. They also have Matt (a mortgage advisor who works for Countrywide) who really puts things in black and white and doesn't hold back on any knowledge he has. Even just popping into the office for the necessaries is pleasant, very happy and surprisingly welcoming with the best cuppa on the highstreet. I would recommend this place to anybody. :)
