GoogleI have had an amazing experience with the letting manager Arif. He went over and beyond for both the tenants and I. I have never felt so at ease. He was proactively being in contact with me out of his working hours, he even found electricians and gas engineers for myself at such short notice. He calmed a very stressful situation with ease. I would 100% recommend Arif to friends and family.

GoogleWe recently bought a house from connells in west bromwich and it can be quite stressful and take a lot out of you but Courtney was awesome with everything from viewing/filling out the form/answering to emails or on the phone/helping and explaining to you every step of the way to buying a house definitely a 10 out of 10 from us such a friendly and approachable person thank you from us As for the legal side of buying your house Antoinette was there to sort out mortgage/solicitors/any policies you need/any issues she was there straight away to sort it for us what an absolute star she was for us thank you from us

GoogleIl keep my review short but honest. My previous thoughts on mortgage advisors are not very good; lengthy, laborious and with little result. However this was turned on its head when I was recommended to speak with Veer. Right from the start he treats you as an individual and not a number, he goes that extra mile to keep you updated and in the loop. He is so personable and pleasant to talk to and deal with. He does whats best for you as a customer, even cases as difficult as mine. I would highly recommend Veer if you are in the market, a true professional.

GoogleA huge thank you to Dean & Courteney for all the hard work and perseverance in what feels like a super long house sale journey - without you, 100% the chain would have collapsed and we are very grateful for all your efforts that got us there in the end. We are very aware of how much of your time and energy was consumed during this process, and we are incredibly grateful that you always made us feel like you were part of this journey with us. You held on with us and kept things moving daily, battled through the constant radio silence and lack of urgency shown from Baches Solicitors LLP, who at times I feel they would have been quite happy to let the chain collapse. I won’t make this review about how utterly awful the service received from Baches was as I don’t want it to cloud over the glowing review you guys deserve. I will formally pick up the solicitors review under the process it absolutely needs to be raised within so will keep this to one side for now. When we made the decision to put our house on the market it was a no brainier that we would use Connells to sell our home and I am so glad we did. Whilst it’s been a bumpy road we were on it together and you were as driven and passionate about the process as we were. Thank you so much for the level of customer service, professionalism and real grit that you demonstrated to keep the chain together and over the line - we can’t thank you enough! Mr & Mrs Bogle :-)

GoogleConnells is such an efficient estate agent and can be completed trusted to offer a great sales service. They were always true to their word and when it came to fees, it never changed throughout the process, making sure that everything was running smoothly. Courtney was the agent in charge of the sale of our property. She’s been our key contact and “go to" throughout the process. She’s polite and always very reassuring when faced with barriers, as a really easy person to talk with, which made challenging times feel easier to break through. Her communication skills were excellent and she was consistently responsive throughout. If we were ever to sell a home again in the future, or any family member required such a service then I would always recommend this company! I would like to thank Kelly Magee who is theLettings Manager who has done not a fantastic job, but a BRILLIANT job in finding the right tenant for my property. She understands exactly what the landlord requires and she focuses on the job in hand. Her professionalism is 2nd to none. I count her as being a true asset to the organisation Connells. Not forgetting her smart appearance and conduct. I would like say one thing that Connells are the best agents to deal with, Especially with staff like Kelly Magee. GoogleHaving never sold an house before, this was something that I was not really looking forward to. However I cannot heap enough praise, on the team of Dean Woodhouse manager, Scott and Courtney from this branch. Operating under strange times, everything that Scott advised on his initial visit, ie costs, photography package, forwarding of documents, liaison with solicitors, viewing appointments was carried out faultlessly. Backed up by Courtney for viewings,and overall supervision by Dean Woodhouse. Having never been in this position before, they always were happy to answer any questions and assist in any way possible. This always being done in a professional and friendly manner. The sale was done in less than 8 days from going on the market. The photographic package, which I was originally reluctant to purchase at first, turned out to be beyond my wildest dreams and would certainly recommend. After completion the back up service was superb. What I was expecting to be a nightmare exercise on selling became a real smooth experience,that I wished I had never worried about in the first instance. If I am ever in the situation of selling a property again, the first call would be to Dean and his team. Faultless start to finish. Yet again thank you !! Dean guy

GoogleI recently put my house back on rent, and level of service I have received from Kelly, Lettings Manager, has been exceptional. Given I previously lost confidence in the service from Connells when my house was previously rented through them, Kelly was able to turn this around very quickly. Through positive interaction, reassurance and with honest communication, all issues and queries have been resolved in a prompt manner. Thank you Kelly for all your help and support. You have certainly restored my confidence in your service and from Connells as a whole. I would certainly recommend Connells to anyone who is looking to let their property out. I would also like to thank Amanda who has been very helpful when Kelly has not been available. She’s followed up with me after speaking with the tenants and has always met her promises. She has been very friendly and reliable. I can see there is some great team work too!
