GoogleTerrible communication skills, take on landlords that don't want children in their properties, let me move all my bills etc. arrange moving, pack my house etc once being told I had passed the check then at the very last minute told I couldn't take the property and left me and my 9 month old without a place to live as we had handed our notice in after they told us it was fine to.

As you are aware, we need to run tenancy checks on all applications before moving into a rental property, to which we kept in contact communication with you as to the progress with this. Unfortunately, in this case the checks did not pass. This is why we then offered you the refund as part of this application. GoogleAppalling. Still awaiting a refund of photographers fees of £210 from beginning of April. Requested refund after one week. No photos were taken. Request well within Trading Standards 14 Day cooling off period. Lots of excuses given by Chris Morley stating blame laying with Head Office.
