GooglePerfect service from Lottie and Connels from start to finish. I moved into a property through Connels this weekend and it was a breeze from arranging the viewing to completing the paperwork online, it really took the stress away being so simplistic, everyone I spoke to was professional and polite, a really pleasurable experience. GoogleAppalling. Still awaiting a refund of photographers fees of £210 from beginning of April. Requested refund after one week. No photos were taken. Request well within Trading Standards 14 Day cooling off period. Lots of excuses given by Chris Morley stating blame laying with Head Office.

GoogleIf I could rate at half a star I would. Trying to rent a property here has been a joke. Communication is poor they have been telling me are going to contact me after they have received my referencing details .... Still waiting and after speaking to manager I have no hope whatsoever. He has just put down the phone on me. No wonder there some backstreet estate agent in the middle of no where probably communicating with all the hill billies. I told them I'm available to take the flat asap and still no answer...I wonder if it's because of my race

GoogleI can highly recommend Connells in West Malling.. I was looking for a rental property and found one through connells.. jade was the person who dealt with all the details and I can honestly say she was so helpful and friendly and made the whole process very easy and constantly kept me updated on everything that was happening and within a wk everything was signed and I now have a new home.. thank you jade..

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant. Chris wasn’t even my estate agent, but my buyers agent. The sale would have fallen through if it wasn’t for his and his teams hard work and communication through the chain. Highly recommend them. Avoid Wards!
