I’ve spoken to a lot of estate agents over the years, and I’ve never come across someone as grounded, funny, and approachable as Kara. Moving house can be a stressful experience, but her warm, reassuring phone manner instantly puts you at ease. She didn’t just go the extra mile, she made the entire process of finding a home genuinely enjoyable. Kara was knowledgeable, efficient, and an absolute pleasure to work with. If I ever plan to move again in the future, she’ll be the first person I call. :)

We had a few minor issues with the process however Ella was on it until the move in date and she made it possible for the move in date to be met. Wish I could give 0 stars- How embarrassing for the company and unprofessional, miscommunication with times and I apologised and try to rebook in but Nick was rude over the phone, I do understand the miss communication with the time but hanging up. And then calling me back on no caller ID and saying he'll call us back back later in the evening as he needs to speak to the tenants to check we can go and then never calling us back is just unprofessional. I have tried to email him but of course he is now out of office till 18th November 2024.... so sad because other then that property we now don't want to view any others which we have booked which is so sad :/ what an absolute disgrace of a company that people you have working for you think this behaviour is at all acceptable which has now therefore made you lose business.

I highly recommended James and Chloe ( Sales) and Tom (Mortgage advisor) to help with your sale or mortgage. We have only just managed to complete on our house after over a year on the market and lots of uncertainty. It has been painful 😣😭- with lots of curve balls - exacerbated by mortgage offers expiring, interest rates spiking, fluctuating house prices - etc!. Connells was right there on this painful journey with us. It really felt like we were all in this together. A huge thank you for everything, really! I know we weren't the easiest clients. These are the estate agents to call - especially in these unpredictable times!

Just moved into a rental property in Snodland. The service was just great from the get go, the viewing was swift and Ella did a great job showing me around the house. The referencing process was also very efficient with the agency providing information along the way. I especially liked the move in assistant they use as it made it much easier for us to sort out our utilities etc. Moving in is generally stressful but Connells made it much easier.

Nick got his timings wrong, attended the property early and then got very rude with me on the phone claiming his error was my fault and unless I can make it by a certain time then I’m not to bother coming. Very rude and abrupt on the phone… *** I’m not really sure how to reply on here as it hasn’t given me an option. I’m pretty sure though, from a business point of view, you do not want me to list the property on a public domain where your client may see that one of your staff members hasn’t covered himself in complete glory on this occasion. I am sure if you were to ask Nick what property he arrived at too early today and subsequently didn’t have a viewing for he will be able to advise you on the property the ball was dropped on. ***

Connells deliberately reduced the price of my house on RIGHTMOVE despite my repeated and clear advice I did not want them to do this. I asked them to assist me in selling my house as I have cancer and whilst the house has only been listed for a short time they have caused huge stress by their aggressive attitude, I do not recommend them.
