We were very fortunate to sell our West Calder place with Janice Bennie. We sold our house within 3 weeks but the sale fell through due to buyer bailing on us, the second time within 4.days. The experience was fantastic. Janice didn't miss a beat. She got us what she said she would get when others doubted that figure. Right from the start we felt as though she had our backs, like we were the only house she had to sell, even though she had many. Looking back it made the estate agent we bought our next house from look extremely poor. We had it to good with Janice. If you get stuck in and help her succeed, she will give you back double. We recently sold our home with Sharon Campbell at Remax Livingston. We had a bit of bad experience with a differently company and swiftly changed. Sharon understood we needed the process to be quickly executed and she got our home on the market very swiftly. She really helped with advice, was always there to offer advice and updates. Solicitors are not overly forthcoming so it is so important to have an agent that can help in the process therefore I would recommend anyone looking to sell to use someone like Sharon. Thanks again for your help. We are happily settled into our new home and are glad the owners of our old property are too.

FTB and starting to view properties. We booked to see a property with Remax as soon as we possible could, the house was sold however we had no update on this. We went to the appointment to be told that it should have been cancelled as the house was sold. I had to change my whole day around this house viewing. Very poor communication as I had emailed about the property during the week and the email was not answered. We will be actively avoiding looking at houses being sold by Remax after this experience.
