I made contact via the website late at night not expecting anything back until the next day but Niall McCabe, text within 5 minutes to say thank you for my enquiry and that he would phone tomorrow to book me in for a proper appointment. As promised the very next day Niall called booked me in and popped out on the Saturday to do the initial viewing. I can’t praise this chap enough highly professional throughout even my dog liked him and he can be funny with strangers. He took the time to answer all my questions even the daft ones I was so nervous about putting my house on the market he put my mind at ease. If I sent a text he always responded very quickly and professionally. NOW THE BEST BIT MAN SOLD MY HOUSE IN 24 HOURS! I can’t thank Niall enough. My only gripe was the solicitors they recommend W&AS Bruce in Broxburn I personally wouldn’t touch them I have nothing but negativity to say about them but I’m not going to spoil this review talking about them I will do a separate one for them. GoogleWe had a very prolonged and complex sale that I wouldn't wish on anyone.
The problem being that we were involved in an English chain, where seemingly anything goes.
And at the start of that chain were a couple who quite frankly couldn't be believed, resulting in
changed entry/exit dates throughout without any consideration for the rest of that chain.
No point in going into all the details but it was a nightmare.
All I can tell you is that it would've been a lot worse if we hadn't had Sharon and the people at Remax Livingston to support us from begining to end.

GoogleI had the pleasure of Mr Derrick Mooney to handle the sale of my house. From the first foot through the door till the day the house belonged to someone else I cannot fault anything about the process. He was friendly, alternative, informative and an amazing person to get me through it. He took care of all the viewings from start to finish, taking care within the house not to upset anything while I still lived there. On call at any time I had a question, I cannot say concern as he was on the ball professionally and left me with none. If I had to do it all again I wouldn’t change a thing. Worth his weight in gold making what should have been one of the most stressful things you can ever do feel like a tiny process running in the background not interfering with my life at all. I would highly recommend Mr Mooney, he’s the only recommendation I would give anybody looking for an estate agent.
