Fantastic five star service from Derrick when it came time to sell my late Dads flat. Derrick was very respectful and helpful in what was a difficult time for us. The process was slick and easy from the first call to completion of the sale. We were delighted when the house sold within 5 hours of going on the market. This was due to Derricks great marketing and viewings. Derrick even recommended great solicitors. I would highly recommend him if you have a property to sell. We sold our house with Niall McCabe. Niall was great, so friendly and approachable with great local knowledge. I most appreciated Niall's communication style, always keeping us up to date. Niall did all of our viewings, always promptly passing on any viewer feedback and following up where appropriate. This was our first time selling a house, and Niall made it all very easy. Having chosen RE/MAX (Livingston) as our selling agent, we put our house on the market in June 2024. RE/MAX were very thorough & prompt in carrying out the survey/home report & excellent at photographing & describing our home, which never looked better! We had at least half a dozen offers in the first week. Feedback was good with the 'Street' app, also with the agent keeping us up to date. Here the story becomes a bit of a saga, as the potential buyer dropped out three days before the completion date. However the RE/MAX agent, Sharon Campbell, was brilliant, not only tracking down the failed purchaser - who had not got his mortgage, but did not bother to tell us! - but also following up the other would-be purchasers, one of whom made an offer for our house. At the end of October 2024, the sale was finally completed. A big thank you to Sharon & RE/MAX for being pro-active & efficient throughout, & definitely thank you for being the human face of estate agency!

I decided to sell my property with Niall McCabe from Remax after initially being impressed with him whilst he was working with another agency and I was on the search for a property. Although I didn’t purchase a house with him, I knew if I was to ever sell in the future it had to be with Niall. Niall really makes the whole daunting process of selling your house for the first time an ease. He did me a really good deal, liaised with me during the whole process of marketing so I could be a part of it. Ive been dealing with remax since april/may 2021 , and have had no issues whatsoever with there company, from helping with getting house ready for renting, through ro renting with tem for 4 years ive found them always helpful and answer any questions always on the ball , never a problem to answer my calls or txt or emails any time, when I decided to sell the house in April this year I had no hesitation to use them for this service ive had a few people assisting over the years sharon Campbell, lorna Lucy and rodaigh ro name a few and the girls in office who have also taken many calls n answered what they could to help all very helpful no issues with anything, my wee house sold this month which is a sad ending not only with the sale of my first sole property but the ending of what I can only describe a wee extension friends family who have help me so much as I have no clue what I was doing, thanks ro a lovely bunch at remax for all your help lyndsey x

From the initial phone call Simon and his team were very processional in all of the interactions with us. All arrangements were may to suite our requirements rather than at times to fit in with an established. Simon's initial visit was prompt, he viewed the house ,advised on a couple of checks we should carry out before the surveyor's visit and clearly outlined the procedure for viewings and the cost of the RE/MAX service. His estimation of the value of the property turned out to be spot on. the arrangements for viewing were made promptly and scheduled to minimise the disruption to our selves.All appointments were confirmed by text and email which is great. finalising the selection of which offer to accept was also greatly helped with Simon's advice and knowledge of the market. We have no hesitation in recommending Simon and his team as they would be our first choice should we need to sell in the future.

Absolutely horrific experience thanks to Lauren Beresford. I put in an offer for the house of my dreams which was accepted. The offer was then rejected because Lauren had a tantrum about not getting to sell my house. She decided to tell her client that this would be detrimental as she would then have no control over my sale. Unprofessional, unethical, immature and despicable behaviour from someone who had no right whatsoever to interfere the way she did and change someone's life plans. Reported for misconduct!
