We met Niall a year ago whilst viewing one of his properties, I knew instantly this is who I needed to sell my house when the time came. From the day he came to put the house up, his photographer and home report company were all there in the one morning and he listed my house on the web a few days later. My house sold to the first viewer the following day. Niall’s work ethic is second to none he really does work for you 24/7, and is on hand to take viewings at the drop of a hat. Stress free first class experience was had from start to finish. We would highly recommend Niall to sell your home, you just need to look at his business page and it speaks for itself. Don’t be fooled with cheaper local agents as the old saying goes “buy cheap, buy twice” and you’ll end up turning to Niall anyway. We were delighted with the service received from Sharon Campbell at Re/max Livingston. Whilst the sale took longer than we had hoped, this was entirely down to Covid-19. The whole marketing of our property was far superior to what we'd experienced ourselves as purchasers. The photographs, schedule and the 3D video were in marked contrast to what we were seeing elsewhere. We visited many properties as buyers and appreciate that having the agent carry out viewings is a much more professional approach. Extremely happy with Carol from Remax. Once we had decided to sell, she came to our house and went over what we needed to do to get the best price. She knows her stuff. Things moved as speed and the house was on the market very quickly. You are in no doubt that they are wanting to work hard for you to get the house sold and get a good price. Very professional and very happy at every stage of the sale. Everything went smoothly and nothing was a hassle. I recently sold my home through RE/MAX under the care of Janice Bennie. From the very start, Janice was warm and welcoming. She is an extremely friendly, personable and down to earth person and I knew within minutes of meeting her I would feel safe selling my property under her care and advice. Janice was very quick to organise all aspects of selling my property from the home report, to the photos and brochure. Everything was booked in within a couple of days and my property was up for sale in a week. It then sold within 10 days. The process was very professional, efficient and stress free. The photos were done beautifully by their in house photographer and Janice worded the brochure perfectly. Also, the 3D scan of the flat was perfect for people having a virtual tour online due to covid-19. This was included for free as part of their marketing package. Janice took care of all the viewings and would phone me straight after each one with an update and feedback. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was always so positive. Janice always listened to what I wanted and would advise me on how to best approach situations. She was also in regular contact with my solicitor and kept everyone up to date. If I text her or called, she would respond almost instantly, she always made herself available for questions and answers and a chat when needed. I am so happy with my experience with RE/MAX and Janice Bennie, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell. 10 out of 10 on all aspects, I can't fault a thing.

When I needed to sell my house, I had lots of agents around to give me their thoughts, information on their services and of course, quotes. In the end I chose Niall McCabe of REMAX Livingston. REMAX was not my first choice tbh, but Niall McCabe made himself as my first choice, down to his knowledge and experience of the area, and his confidence in my home. And due to him, I would in future put REMAX back to the top of my list. Niall had excellent communication and kept me in the loop every step of the way. He always got back to me very quickly, even when he was busy elsewhere I'd always receive a wee text saying so and that he'd get back to me properly as soon as he could. He also did all the viewings and guided me on how best to present my home. Unlike other agents, he never promised anything that he did not deliver. Niall also has numerous contacts, so if you didn't know where to go for a solicitor etc he could point you in the right direction. All in all, Niall was extremely professional, very proficient, and a total pleasure to work with. A total credit, not only to REMAX but to the business as a whole! Thanks Niall!

Sharon Campbell at Remax property was excellent to deal with from start to finish. She took the stress out of selling a house and kept in contact throughout the process. The photos really showed the best of the house and the virtual walkthrough was excellent. The house was sold for considerably more than Home Report and exceeded what we expected to achieve. We had access to an online portal that showed us how many viewings were booked, notes on each viewing and gave an overview of the process. Niall’s professionalism was 2nd to none, I’m that person that wants an answer yesterday, and Niall is that guy!! I can't thank Simon and his team enough for everything they did for us! They were extremely kind and professional. We bought a house Simon was selling on the Sunday, even though our house wasn't up for sale yet. He came around to our house after the viewing and was confident he could sell ours quickly. So, they came by to take photos of our house on the following Friday, put our house up for sale that Monday and it was sold by the Friday! Have nothing but excellent feedback for Niall from Remax! My partner and I had viewed our perfect house and had our offer for it accepted pending ours selling and had only 6 weeks to get our house valued, on the market and sold! So we were very pushed for time and a bit worried that we wouldn’t be able to do it. We had initially viewed another estate agent but they were very unenthusiastic so we asked around and were recommended Remax. Right from the start Niall was extremely enthusiastic and confident that ours would sell within the 6 weeks, which was very reassuring! Niall was excellent in terms of being contactable he was always on the other end of the phone if we needed him and he was always keeping in contact with ourselves so we always felt in the loop and up to date. In just 9 days Niall had our house on the market and sold!! We also originally had a price for our house we were selling in mind based on what we were told by the previous estate agent. However, when we told Niall this price he was shocked at how low it was and he was able to get our house sold for £30,000 over what we were originally quoted by a previous estate agent! We couldn’t of imagine it would have went as smoothly as it did. We are so glad we chose Remax, we were worried at the start that we would lose our dream house due to the short time but right from the start Niall was reassuring and made the entire process completely stress free! Bought a house from Remax after having 2 viewings. The team managed to shuffle some things around to enable us to to have the 2nd viewing which was appreciated. Process was quick and easy. The team here are great. Only thing that could be an improvement would be to ensure old owners leave the house in suitable condition and things like the shower work.
