GoogleMy experience with Karl Tatler from the first phone call . Within two weeks we have sold and feel that the next steps are in great hands. I have had help from Kate and Vicki. My main contact has been Rob who has been amazing. Firstly the communication service is unrivalled. He always calls my back promptly if he is not available. Secondly, he has negotiated our deal swiftly and expertly taking into consideration our wishes. He has explained the process in a way which makes sense to someone who has not gone though it on their own and with kindness and care. Thank you everyone!! Faye Shannon

GoogleThe team at Karl Tatler have been a delight to work with to achieve a great sales outcome. Special call out to photographer Rachel who was prepared to go the extra mile to ensure our property was well presented, to Kate in sales and her many colleagues who were ready to step in when she was busy and to manager Clare who clearly leads the team setting high standards and has all the experience necessary to guide to great outcomes. Well done. We now move to the sales progression team….hope they are as good as the West Kirby team 😉

GoogleI have used Tatler West Kirby for other house sales so returned for the latest sale and purchase. From Clare who valued my house, to Rob who arranged viewings and Vicki who negotiated, all were professional but approachable (and patient!). They responded to my queries in person and by email very promptly. The sales progression team (in the person of Kerry) were very good at following up and responding calmly to my sometimes very worried messages! Thank you all
Amazing review for all in our West Kirby branch and Kerry in Sales Progression. Thank you Ann we really appreciate it.

GoogleWe couldn’t have been more supported by Lydia from the the Greasby office during the search for our family home. She took time to listen to exactly what it was we needed in our home and showed us a range of beautiful properties that hit our criteria. We had previously dealt with another local agent and found the experience really stressful, but it was a completely different experience with KT. Lydia had such a personal approach and did all the hard work for us, meaning we were actually able to enjoy the process. Great experience from a really knowledgeable agent, thank you 👍🏻
Great review Chelsea, thank you and so pleased to read that Lydia found the perfect home for you. We hope you are really happy there.

GoogleWhilst not being prolific `review` writers my wife and I felt we needed to review this business as it is seldom that any business not only fulfils expectations but actually exceeds them. `Karl Tatler Greasby Office`, did that on this occasion for us. We are not novice house buyers/sellers but seldom have we been in the market at such a time of frenzy and heat. The thing that impressed us the most about this business was that they were always available when we needed them, empathetic, tolerant to our needs but always professional. No unanswered ringing phone. we all know that frustration. From the office Manager to the sales staff we felt we were always listened to, which seemed to be proven by a flawless Sales process. From valuation to completion date. We hesitate to name individual staff members as we have already stated we felt our needs were identified and acted upon by all, but we cannot leave a review without a mention of Elle Moss who was as attentive as anyone could wish for from a sales professional under such obvious business pressures, a real asset to the business in our opinion. Well done `Karl Tatler Estate Agents Greasby Office`. and Thank You for so much help at what was for us a very difficult time. P&B Wight
Thank you for leaving such a wonderful and in-depth review. The whole team, especially Elle were really touched by your lovely words. They work very hard and reviews such as this make everything so worthwhile.

GoogleWhen I first approached Karl Tatler Estate Agent they seriously impressed me with their local knowledge and understanding of the housing market. Once we reached an agreement they immediately arranged a number of viewings even before the property was publicly advertised. The result was an offer on the first day and an offer of the asking price on the second day. In addition to being very efficient and professional all the staff I met were extremely pleasant and friendly and diligent in their efforts to make the stressful process of selling a house as stress free as possible. So lovely to read your detailed 5* review Graham. Glad we sold your house in super quick time too!

GoogleHannah was extremely professional, knowledgeable and has kept us informed totally throughout the selling process. Honestly it’s been a breeze.
