It is very refreshing to deal with two people are are very calm, relaxing and personable. When Kyle visited the property we chatted and enjoyed some experience in both our sectors. GoogleI Would highly recommend Karl Tatler Estate Agents. We recently sold our house through them and also purchased our onward property from them. Communication was great and nothing was too much trouble. Having our own sales progressor was amazing, she kept us update during the sale and was amazing at chasing solicitors and liaising between all parties. GoogleFantastic service from start to finish, comprehensive valuation by Chris taking into consideration current demand and recent local comparable property sales. the West Kirby office staff kept me very well informed of all interest, arranging 10 viewings on the first day my property went on the market leading to asking price offers in the first week. Di from the sales progression team chased all parties involved right through to completion keeping the process stress free. You really do get what you pay for, would not hesitate to recommend
