GoogleI have been extremely impressed with everyone i have dealt with at the Greasby office. Living over the other side of the country and trying to sell mums house could have been very stressful but everyone has made it an easy experience. Very friendly and professional, keeping me up to date throughout, nothing has been too much trouble. a huge thank you to all.

GoogleVile and corrupt Greasby branch agents, rented a contaminated property and refused to take the responsibility. Pocketed the deposit and the cleaning fees illegally despite The Tenant Fees Act 2019. Avoid 49 Summertrees avenue!

GoogleI have emailed numerous times to ask them to take me off their mailing list as I am constantly getting videos for property's that are not suitable and in areas I am not interested in. But they still keep coming .

GoogleI was really impressed with the service I received from Karl Tatler Estate Agents. They were really thorough and very professional. They sold my house in 3 days. It had previously been on with a different agent for 5 months and I’d not had a single viewer. I liked that they had someone specific to progress my sale. I would definitely recommend them

GoogleJess at greasby office has been amazing throughout our selling experience although we are not at the end of the process just yet .. she has helped through every step of the way nothing has been to much trouble even queries that are probably outside her role jess has always tried her best to resolve these for us and chased things up. GoogleWe were very pleased with the service we received from the West Kirby Office of Karl Tatler. From valuation and photographs with Clare, the property was rapidly on the market. We received prompt feedback by e-mail or on the phone from Rob and the on line tracker showed the interest in our property. Whenever we phoned the office with queries the answers were always available, whether from Rob or from Kate, Vikki or Hannah if they took the call.
