Just wanted to say a big thank you to both the Sales and the Lettings teams at Karl Tatler especially Cheryl and Nicola at West Kirby Sales and Cat in lettings (and all the other staff involved) for making our house sale as painless as possible. Its never easy selling your home and from the beginning when we first met the manager Chris we were so impressed that he had done his homework on the property even before setting foot in our house to value it!!!! This impressed us no end and we made the decision to choose Karl Tatler Estate Agent to sell our home! So many Thanks! The Smiths

We have just bought our bungalow with the help of the Greasby office, Sue is an absolute star as are the ladies who showed us around the Bungalow, their time and patience was very much appreciated. I did have to think twice before writing the following but I decided I had to as it upset me so much. Jess in the office always made us feel uncomfortable, we felt as if we shouldn’t be disturbing her, I won’t go into every single detail but enough to say when Sue handed us our keys and Jess gave us the Karl Tatler, welcome to your new home card, it wasn’t even our name on the card, when I pointed this out her reply was “oh, I don’t know how I did that” and went back to eating her lunch. This would have been a 5 star review, if our experience with Jess hadn’t been so rude.

Special thanks to Sue Dermott who has always been highly professional with a friendly personality. We chose Karl Tatler based on local word of mouth and our friend's recommendations. I'm incredibly pleased with the service we received from KT for our home sale and new home purchase. Their entire team were a pleasure to deal with and fantastic at each step of the selling and buying process. Cheryl was highly knowledgeable on the local market and ensured the valuation of our property met our expectations. She photographed our home perfectly and captured every room to its potential. She also had the drawings and details on the market within 24 hours! Kate was always such a pleasure to speak to and great at arranging all of the viewings. She ensured all of the viewings suited our schedule as we have two very young children. This made the frustrating and stressful part of selling our home so much easier and smoother. Jennie viewed our house out and I have no doubt she helped sell our home so quickly! She also showed us around our new home and was able to answer all of our questions immediately. Finally, Amanda demonstrated immense patience and understanding of our situation, i.e selling a home with two young kids. Whether we needed additional information on the property we were buying or us not being comfortable with some of the buyers requests, she took it all in her stride and negotiated everything for us. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch real estate services. Their knowledge and expertise combined with their patient approach, made the whole process smooth and successful.

Mark Cannell the Sales Negotiator at Karl Tatler was fantastic from start to finish helping me to sell my Fathers house after he passed away. Mark found a buyer within a couple of viewings and communicated effectively throughout the lengthy probate process, I would definitely recommend their services and would use them again. My only criticism is that once your house has received an offer it is then passed onto a different team so the original negotiator is no longer your main point of contact but I think this is now standard practice across all agents, it wouldn’t put me off using them again just something to be aware of.

We have then dealt with Jessica for our viewings and offers and she has been amazing through the process. We had an offer within 24 hours of listing!
