Sam and Jason at the paramount team were an absolute pleasure to use as letting agents. Sam did not waste our time with random flats and took us to several flats meeting our requirements. he was extremely flexible with regards to working ours and accommodated all our needs. once we closed our flat, Jason provided excellent and prompt support with all our pre-move needs. After viewing more than a two dozens of apartments, I finally found myself in the very capable hands of Chloe who helped me find my first apartment in London. This is a really incredibly efficient agency with an incredibly attentive staff. Kind and communicative, Paramount (Lionel specifically) are the kind of people you want to work with when going through the rather stressful process of property selling/buying. We were buying through Paramount, which was relatively straightforward, but Lionel ended up directly helping with our sale (which was with a different agent) as it was so complex. He really went above and beyond and was super responsive.
