In the last month Donna-Marie Brant of Bracknell branch of Romans replaced Lisa Fazal to manage our property.For years we really struggles with Lisa and our patience were tested to the limit. We complained but got stuck with her. The recent dealings with Donna-Marie make me realize what a good property manager can do. She is ten times better and far more professional. Particularly unhelpful when it comes to contract signature. Contract clauses are unclear, often poorly written a'dnd occasionally added (for a renewal) without any rationale and notification.Communications have also been poor, either borderline harassment (2 SMS in a day) or erratic (not even replying to all when we ask for clarifications with several individuals in copy)
