Why?Management rate: at least 1.5% above rates offered by rival agents.Cost of gas safety with Romans £137 - cost from same contractor instructed privately £107.Cost of new Fridge freezer from Romans £415. Local Electrical store £340and saving the best to lasta new single built in oven £576, Local electrical store £210!!Why would I want to continue to pay someone to spend my money so efficiently. Very disappointed to see that such a big company could not offer any economies of scale.
