The team of people that I worked with were brilliant, from the person who first took me out to view several properties to the people who answered the phone every time. The particulars for all of the properties were very professional and informative with accurate floor plans. I was able to have regular contact with my agent who kept me informed all the way along and was able to provide me with invaluable tips and advice as a first time buyer and walk me through exactly how the whole process would work and any bumps that there may be along the way. We were able to complete a leasehold purchase from start to finish in two months. A wonderful service, thank you :) Highly recommended and I will certainly use them again.

From the initial house price estimate, through the viewings, offers and to completion, Whitleys handled everything in a calm professional and helpful manner. Always courteous and unfailingly cheerful, they responded promptly to issues as they arose, providing advice on what they considered to be, and were in our best interests. When our front door lock broke accidentally, they stepped in to sort it out quickly and at no cost. Highly recommend them.

I bought my flat through R.Whitley and Co. They provided me with a good service, always professional and answered all my questions in a timely manner.. The only reason I did not give an 'Excellent' rating was because initially when the flat was pitched to me, I was told that I would have access to the gym on site. This obviously made the flat more attractive to me and I was quite disappointed to find out later that the block that the flat belonged to did not have access to the gym. Maybe there was some miscommunication between the seller and agent, but I think for next time, the agent should definitely double check all the particulars. Overall I was happy with service I received..

Agents and staff at Whitley are very helpful, polite, courteous and friendly. Whitley gave good advice regarding the offers received; drawing our attention to a variety of criteria and potential positives and negatives. Unlike some estate agents they were not focussed solely on the highest offer. We were able to trust Whitley to represent our best interests throughout the whole process; we never questioned their integrity. Whitley work on a one-off fee basis; they will continue to market and support buying/selling for the agreed fee, regardless of timescales. Despite an unusually lengthy process (through no fault of Whitley's), we never felt pressured or rushed.

They work on a shared commission basis, so there's no internal competition shown to the customer. They are all willing to muck in, when necessary.
