As first time buyers we were very nervous about the purchase and had received little support from our solicitors who were less interested in completing and more interested in making a quick buck for every extra bank statement they had to peruse! Ben was brilliant throughout and kept us positive. Will highly be recommending these estate agents in future to friends and family

An excellent service from Richard with the particulars and valuation, followed by an excellent service from Ben with the sale and completion, particularly with the slight hiccup mid sale which almost derailed the process, but Ben managed to negotiate a new sale price acceptable to both parties. Whitley and Co were excellent from start to finish. In what turned out to be a protracted sale they kept us fully informed at all stages of proceedings. I received regular update phone calls and confirmation Emails whenever the need arose. In this case we had a property to sell which they valued far higher than we expected in spite of this they arranged 29 viewings within two weeks and sold the property without any problem.

Whitelys staff was a pleasure to deal with on a daily basis. Although the process had a few stumbling blocks which came up (none of which was the estate agents faults) they help resolve the issues and a helpful guide through the process. Understanding and always available to talk things through.

Having had some experience with other estate agents who seem to only be interested in the sale and not in providing a service, I was pleasantly surprised by this family business. They did all that they could to facilitate a smooth sale whilst all of the time keeping me well informed and even offering me their personal mobile number to call out of hours so that i could stay in touch when the buyer started to play games.Selling a house and moving is a well known stressful activity and yet they did all that they could to minimise the difficulties, over and above my expectations. I have no reservations in recommending their services to others.
