I have purchased the house through R Whitley and very impressed with professionalism and customer focussed approached. It was the complicated purchase as the finance was obtained through bridging loan but Ben Gunton from R Whitley was excellent in communicating with all stakeholders involved and managed to exchange contract on time. I will highly recommend R Whitley, I found them open and honest. I was especially impressed that R Whitley didn’t try to cut corners like other estates agent for making the deal happen and always followed the process.

Best Estate Agents we have ever dealt with.

My Father and myself used R Whitley and Co to sell his home. It was my his home with my Mum for 27 years until my Mother passed away and so felt it was time to sell up and move down to the Coast. During this difficult time the whole team at R Whitely and Co were so helpful in ensuring everything went as smooth as possible.. They were in constant contact and could not do enough for us. I have dealt with many estate agents in the past who fit the stereo typical but R Whitely was different, you could feel that it was a family run business and we would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

Estates Agents at their very best!!

I had the very difficult decision to sell my family home, after my mother was taken into a Residential Home for care. I chose R Whitley and Co, as they have been in WD ever since I knew Estate Agents existed. The support I received from them, in particular Mark (In Sales) was second to none. They kept me informed the whole way through the sometimes frustrating times of selling a property. They took the whole process from me as much as they could, as I live a long way from the family home which was being sold. I can't thank them enough for all their help and support. One of the good ones...

We were very fortunate the house we wanted most came on through Whitley. Over the last 18 months we have dealt with all estate agents in and around West Drayton and Whitley really stood out from the crowd. They showed us every house and flat we wanted to see in that period - that is of course their job, but not all agents are so obliging. Once our offer had been accepted, Whitley progressed the sale efficiently, kept us updated with progress and did not put us under pressure to agree to unrealistic deadlines. What could have been a complicated purchase took a little over three months to complete. If you’re thinking of instructing an estate agent in the area, there’s a reason Whitley encourage feedback from buyers and sellers through Rateragent. If other agents don’t encourage feedback, there’s probably a reason for that too! Whitley finally found us our dream home, and we will use Whitley when it’s time to sell many years down the line..
