We moved to our present branch in 2017, a more impressive premises in one of West Drayton’s most prominent positions. GoogleI’m a student at Brunel. It was a very frustrating experience. Had my inquiry taken care of their lettings director. Been communicative and transparent from my side, yet their follow-up was terrible. Waited for two weeks for some video clips of the apartment and found out by myself that it became no longer available while I was patiently waiting. 0 update from their side. 💎PS they also spend more time replying to google reviews to pretend they care than actually answering to requests.
Dear Chilam, I am sorry to hear of your experience and that you had missed out on the apartment. I understand it is difficult when searching for property whilst residing abroad. The market is very busy and often arrangements need to be made with the occupier for access. On this occasion we were made aware that the occupier was on holiday and therefore access was limited. GoogleGod help you if Gabriela Rutledge is your agent. She caused hundreds of pounds of damage through her carelessness and general stupidity, at no cost to herself or Cameron. The owners of the property footed the majority of the bill. Cameron was also unable to replace a broken dishwasher in our property for nearly 3 months, and I mean 3 months after the owners asked for it to be replaced. At 1225/mo, I expect a working dishwasher. The check out report was riddled with errors and, when we left before the last day of the month, our rent that was supposed to be prorated and reimbursed to us, was not. So we paid for the beginning of the next tenants' stay. My husband and I are in the process filing formal complaints.
