Kirsty has been managing my rental property for over a year and in that time has done an excellent job tackling unexpected building repairs and some complex personalities. We currently have some repairs underway and she has arranged the work efficiently despite some difficult arrangement schedules.
Camerons have been my agent since I bough the property in 2014 and I have been keen to continue my relationship with them ever since. At one point they stood up to a tenant who took us to the Ombudsman to try to leave the property before his tenancy was over and damaged the flat. They won the case on all but one very minor point.
Their administration of the safety rules, new government legislation, and the rental payments has been perfect, with no errors and all payments working correctly.
I would heartily recommend them and Kirsty to prospective landlords.

It was just a shock moving into the place and finding old trash! Everywhere was unclean all the surfaces were left as found… grease on the tables, the kitchenette, toilet seats with stains, shower full of lime stains, food remains in the couches, I pulled up my mattress to uncover a pile of garbage!! Literally!!
They put up a good service but when it came to the gritty nitty details, they’re definitely lacking.

It is however unfortunate that you felt the property was not cleaned to a standard.The property was professionally cleaned by the previous tenant and the landlord arranged further cleaning after his contractors had completed their work. I understand there were some omissions with the cleaning and we have offered to invite cleaners to the property.
