Welcome to our West Drayton office. We have been at the heart of the town since The Cameron Group started in 1994, although our current office is not our first. We moved to our present branch in 2017, a more impressive premises in one of West Drayton’s most prominent positions. We believe a High Street office staffed by friendly experts is still an essential part of estate agency. You can’t underestimate how powerful our eye-catching window displays are - many home movers walk in and book viewings on the strength of what they see in our shop front. GoogleMy experience is mind-blowing as I'm still in shock at how simple they are. I can't forget my first day in their office, that morning I met Mr KETAN TAILOR who received me warmly and was open in every sense, such reception is rare. Mr Ketan is kind and he gave me great support all through the processes. Most importantly to me, he's a man of his word! Before I popped into their office that morning which was my very first encounter, my trust in letting agents was quite fragile due to a few disappointments but Ketan was different- he is straightforward! I'm still grateful to God and my guidance angel who ordered my steps to him that morning. Communication was fast and smooth all through the processes, I could not be more satisfied. I don't know if it would have been different with someone else that morning. To be honest, I can't recommend him and the agency enough x

GoogleCameron has been my management agents for my property for over ten years and I’m always impressed by their professionalism and expertise in looking after my tenants and the property. Recently my flat suffered an escape of water caused by the outside water supply main pipe. Thanks to the proactive actions of Property Manager Janet Palmer who immediately sent contractors onsite, the damage to the interior of the property was minimised. Having spoken to other flat owners impacted by the flooding I am aware how much damage was averted thanks to Janet’s quick actions.

Had terrible experience with seller accepted my offer, applied for Morgage then lost the Morgage product because seller changed her mind .. agency confirmed that seller keen to sell as she is moving abroad .. they wasted my time.. there was no valid reason .. agency put back the flat for sale again with a higher price .. they made me loose time and money .

GoogleMy experience with Cameron Real Estate Agency has been nothing short of exasperating. For over three weeks, our designated parking slot has been consistently occupied by someone else. Despite our numerous attempts to seek assistance, the agency's response has been both inadequate and frustrating. Not only do they redirect us in circles to different agencies without resolution, but when we specifically asked them to provide proof that this parking slot belongs to our property, they have failed to take any action. This level of inefficiency paints a concerning picture of their professionalism and commitment to customer service. It's disheartening to be met with such negligence when trying to address a straightforward issue.

Your property manager is and has been trying to resolve this issue by speaking with the owner, the block management and parking enforcement company to which you have been made aware of.
