Welcome to our West Drayton office. We have been at the heart of the town since The Cameron Group started in 1994, although our current office is not our first. We moved to our present branch in 2017, a more impressive premises in one of West Drayton’s most prominent positions. We believe a High Street office staffed by friendly experts is still an essential part of estate agency. Worst agency ever!! 4 months into the property they gave us notice to vacate the property becausr the landlord decided to sell the house. I explained Ketan how difficult it was for me to find a pet friendly place and the first thing I asked at the viewing was "what's the catch " it's a 2 bed house, cheap rent comparing to whats on the market, pet friendly. Ketan looked me in the eye and lied. "There is no catch Eva" 1st month in to the property we had a gas leak 4th month - water leak During checkout they charged £10 for a few hangers I left in the wardrobe and a total of £250 from our deposit. After, a back and forth emails they charged us £150. We were in the property for only 5 months and they charged an arm and a leg on "damage". This agency is simply a joke. They put the house for sale before they even told us.
Thank you for your review and I can fully understand your frustration and I am sympathetic towards the position this had put you in. This situation was out of our control and it was not known at the time; the landlord had a change in circumstances and decided to sell the house after over 20 years under our management. We gave you first opportunity to purchase when we were instructed by the client to try and help you. I hope you have now settled into your new home, and I personally wish you all the best. Looking back at my emails I realised Cameron has managed my properties for ten years. I still have correspondence from Ketan ten years ago! Recently Ketan and Maya found tenants for my latest property, and the process was so smooth and easy that it didn’t interfere with my annual holiday. I appreciated they dealt with the whole process and found good tenants while I was away. While other agencies seem to have a high turnover of staff, it is comforting to know Cameron have a core team of truly experienced and knowledgeable people. Also a big thank you to James for handling the smooth transition of the property and getting it ready for the new tenants. I highly recommend Cameron to manage your property.

GoogleArguably one of the best agent companies that I talked to. They were easily approachable and were considerate about the requirement and situation. Mr. Ketan Taylor, the letting director is a very helpful and smart individual who helped me a lot from property search till I moved into the property. Apart from Ketan, Nicol was also helpful.
