I have just completed on a property bought through Seymours. Due to a lease extension being involved, several parties were involved. Sales Progressor Kirsty, doggedly chased all parties throughout, to make sure the purchase happened. The huge effort Kirsty put in, constantly keeping me updated, was above & beyond my expectations, bearing in mind their sales commission was probably the smallest on their books (it’s a very small flat!) I cannot recommend them enough.

In what should have been a "easy" sale with no chain on either side we encountered a highly "time challenged" solicitor on the buyers side. The conveyancing process became incredibly fraught. We wanted to sell our house and did the usual of selecting three local estate agents. We had a rough idea of what our property was worth in comparison to similar sold properties in the area, and were keen to sell. Two of the estate agents valued the property, in our opinion, too high and we would not have sold, or sold quickly, had we opted to go with them.
