As a new comer to the UK, property searching is a really BIG challenge to me. Have viewed lots of property with different estate agents in Berkshire and Surrey, I can say that the team from Seymours West Byfleet really deserves a 5-star review. The team of Michael, Kirsty, and Vince are amazing. They have clear-cut responsibilities so you’ll always know who to contact during the whole purchasing process. My experience was wonderful from the first telephone chat with Michael. I asked to view a property advertised on Rightmove, but after listening to my requirements and expectations and budget, Michael proposed another property to me, which will be ready to go live a few weeks later. To be honest, by his description over the phone, I did fancy that was my dreamed house. And it REALLY was. He did a PERFECT property match. Vince then helped us making the offer to the seller and the offer was accepted in 2 days. Starting from conveyance, it was Kirsty who communicated between the seller and us, following all the documents, monitoring the whole process, ensuring the time frame to be met. It was really amazing that we made a completion in 50 days!!! Their service didn’t stop after passing the keys to you. Whenever I have questions about the house, Kirsty is in no hesitation to help getting the answer from the seller. That’s what “peace of mind” really means. We are so happy with our dreamed house, and will highly recommend the team to people who are still in the mist of searching property.

Impressive and professional from start to finish. We were pleasantly surprised by the number of viewings generated, the consideration given when arranging viewings and the feedback we received. Once under offer Kirsty Haydon was amazing, she kept us fully informed and updated and I do not believe it would have been possible to exchange within 6 weeks of an offer being accepted without her involvement. Seymours West Byfleet have been excellent throughout the tricky sale of my flat in the area. The pre-sales team were easy to deal with and fair/transparent with the listing, and the after-sale care (special mention for Kirsty Hayden) has been phenomenal. Kirsty went above and beyond to look after both buyer and seller, keeping us both in the loop and helping to move things along - even leaning in to deal with solicitors and managing firms when needed! My sale wasn’t straight forward; having my first offer fall through right near the end of the process was tough - particularly with my personal circumstances - but as ever, Kirsty was on hand to provide empathy and support, and ultimately get the sale over the line with the new buyers. Really impressed with Seymours from start to finish with our house sale. Matthew initially came to value our property and he was great to deal with. We were originally with a different estate agent who didn’t provide a very good service. We switched to Seymours and the difference was huge. Within 24 hours, they had more people through our door viewing our house than the other estate agent had arranged in a month! This was due to the great office team who work the phones and know their customer database well. We had an offer 2 weeks later which we accepted and we were then in the capable hands of Kirsty who was fantastic. Kirsty was always on hand to answer queries, to help move things along and just generally being a pleasure to talk to. Our house purchase went through very quickly and smoothly and Seymours were a big part of that and we would 100% recommend them.

From the house search, we went to a number of estate agents at the beginning with an idea of what we wanted and what we could afford, they were the only team in the local area who stayed in touch through phone and email (special mention to Luca on this) and kept us up to date with new houses on the market.
