After seeing a property online that I liked and calling the West Bromwich office to enquire, I was greet by Kelly who was very friendly and personable. I was able to ask questions and speak with her as though I’d known her forever! She was patient and very professional on viewing day and filled us with confidence. In her absence, Amanda was just as amazing with us and reassured us along the process and, in return, we have an amazing house to now make a home and partnered with an equally amazing landlord. Although parts of the process were made confusing, as a whole, we were happy with the level of service we received and would recommend and use Connells in the future.

I recently put my house back on rent, and level of service I have received from Kelly, Lettings Manager, has been exceptional. Given I previously lost confidence in the service from Connells when my house was previously rented through them, Kelly was able to turn this around very quickly. Through positive interaction, reassurance and with honest communication, all issues and queries have been resolved in a prompt manner. Thank you Kelly for all your help and support. You have certainly restored my confidence in your service and from Connells as a whole. I would certainly recommend Connells to anyone who is looking to let their property out. I would also like to thank Amanda who has been very helpful when Kelly has not been available. She’s followed up with me after speaking with the tenants and has always met her promises. She has been very friendly and reliable. I can see there is some great team work too!

Been on look out for a property around West Bromwich , as moved from London to here , unfortunately circumstances changed and we had to look for a place to rent for now, found a property on Connells , and arranged a viewing same day , bare in mind it was Saturday (swift) . Property is brilliant and decided to place a HD. Got a call back on Monday , and secured it . Thursday same weeks keys were ready , although due to work collected them on Friday . It’s a pleasure working with Kelly and knowing how renting properties out works , hence all went smooth and in no time . My letting agent was Kelly Magee from start to begging , totally pleasant person , with great attitude , very responsive to emails or calls to any questions. It’s has been pleasure dealing with her , and she provided exceptional service . Thank you Kelly .

I had and I have a lovely experience at Connells West Bromwich. I started with buying my second house with Connells which was a great experience ( Deen , Greg and Courtney: lovely people) . Now my current experience was to meet Kelly which is dealing with renting,as I rented my first house through Connells. What can I say? I was amazed to meet someone like Kelly, so helpful, her commitment for her job is just brilliant. She helped me so much, as I became a landlord for the first time, I made a friend, the trust that she show people is great. I have been renting for years and I can confidently admit that Connells estate agent is the best. The estate administrator Daniel Joo was excellent and he went extra mile in making the move smooth to an extent .
