We have been working with Veer Singh (mortgage advisor) for a couple of years now. He has helped me and family with 4 mortgages now and each time he has been the most helpful and efficient professional we worked with. Despite the stress of buying and moving home and the endless solicitors emails, Veer was consistently there, replied to every email or answered every call on same day or the next. He made everything stress free and easy. Even when we faced a complex purchase which pushed all the usual norms for buying a home, Veer checked in with us, made sure everything was on track from his side and took an interest in how everything was impacting us. I cannot have hoped for a better person to have trusted with such an important stage of our lives. Put my mom’s property on the market with Connells.. BIG MISTAKE!! No communication whatsoever so ever we had to find everything from other estate agents. Was told be Connells to move my mom out of her home to stop sale falling through only then to find out that the person at the bottom of the chain their mortgage offer had ended. Was fobbed off by Connells every time I spoke to them. They wouldn’t answer the phone so I had to go in to the branch. If it wasn’t for the estate agents dealing with the purchase of my mom’s new property we wouldn’t have known what was going on. Shameful behaviour. AVOID AT ALL COST!!
