GoogleI had really bad experience with this estate agent. They just smile to you until you don't pay the charges. Once you pay they stop reply your emails, make faces when you visit for enquires or even say you in a phone call that you was unfortunate to had all this circumstances. I lost my 1 year just waiting for a property At the end i got a reply saying its your choice to stay or leave .No communication at all. I think i trusted them too much .I will not recommend at any cost. unfortunately i have to give this bad review !

GoogleBooked a house viewing today, no confirmation email sent to me or the house owner. I turn up at the house and the owner has left the property, Connells rather than apologising for their massive mistake and after being informed that I’ve booked a day off from work for this viewing tell me “oh don’t worry, what’s we’ll do you for you is get the house owner to come back in a few hours” like they’re doing me a favour. Absolutely a joke level of customer service.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleConnells is a great estate agents for new landlords. Both myself (landlord) and the tenants are happy. Never charging anything extra as well ensuring everything is running smoothly. The best man in the business is Arif. He's been my "go to" guy for anything. He's incredibly polite and very calm to talk to. Always responsive and replying to my emails. As well as taking care of the paperwork and any issues to the property. He's a sole reason why I'm sticking with the company for a very very long time. Very proud of working with the best people.
