GoogleI have recently transferred the lettings of a couple of properties to Royston & Lund and they have been excellent. I have been kept fully updated, they are extremely helpful and respond quickly to any queries. I fully recommend their managed letting service.

GoogleRoyston and Lund have been acting as my management agents, as a Landlord for nearly 6 years and I have found them to be excellent in this regard. Their pricing structure is fair, transparent and inclusive. They handle the marketing well, and sort out problems expediently, to the benefit of myself and the tenants. In fact I have found they have gone way beyond the expected in sorting out some major difficulties, so personally I would recommend them highly to any prospective Landlord.

GoogleWe have been looking for a new property in Nottingham and have dealt with a number of different estate agencies. Some dreadful - others OK, Royston and Lund excelled in providing everything required and more. They were quick in getting back to you, arranging viewings and obtaining your thoughts on the properties viewed. They kept you up to date with new properties on the market and 'had their finger on the button'. If I were to sell a property in Nottingham I would certainly use Royston and Lund.

Whilst other firms were more competitively priced, I’m so pleased I went with R&L. GoogleTerrible service as a buyer. While gazumping has been made illegal this company will accept your offer then force you to go to sealed offers against other buyers! Borderline illegal, ethically wrong and breaching all code of conducts.
