GoogleRude agents... They don't get back to you. Then the agent calls saying youv arranged a viewing when I hadn't and started shouting at me. Got so abrupt that I ended up hanging up.
We sincerely apologise if a member of the team has been rude. This is certainly not a way we wish to portray our business. High level of customer service is paramount to us.

GoogleSelling our house was a long and drawn out process which Megan, our designated office member, always handled professionally, efficiently and with a friendly, upbeat manner. Any queries were always dealt with promptly. All office members were always well informed about our case, should Megan not be available, thus providing continuity. We we were very satisfied with the whole process.

Particular praise goes to Sam and Megan without whose professionalism and dogged persistence along the way the sale would never have completed. Buying and selling a house is never easy or straightforward and human contact is priceless.

GoogleSlow to respond, unless it's for their own benefit. Completely unhelpful and we had problems with them releasing our deposit.
The deposit account mentioned in this review was concluded in a professional manner in association with TDS Guidelines. As explained during the process of concluding the shared deposit account we have to seek the landlord's instructions at all times. As no agreement on charges could be reached this was referred over to TDS to finalise.

GoogleHeld my ex-tenant partner’s deposit until he threatened bailiffs, despite exceptional direct landlord-tenant relationship. Rude staff both in person, on telephone and even directors via email. Avoid these charlatans like the plague.
