Tony, Sharon and the whole team were absolutely excellent throughout. We listened to their good advice and they got us a near perfect price in less than a week after a very busy open day. But then the hard work starts and Sharon in particular helped us every step of the way in managing and defending our corner, right through to completion. Literally faultless service.

All the staff at Frank Innes were very helpful, they sold our house in double quick time and we got a good price for it. Because we live abroad we also needed help with cleaning and gardening, Frank Innes organized everything. Special thanks to Tony Cotterill, Sharon Walker and Sharon Blackman.

We sold and purchased a house through these guys. They ended up on a journey of a year as we had people pull out and our purchase fall through! They never gave up and got us through it constantly chasing people on our behalf. Thank you to all involved at frank Innes as we are now settling into our new home.

Frank Innes gave us a wonderful service whilst trying to move house. They were the only estate agents who kept in touch by phone and the personal touch made the whole experience friendly whilst still staying professional. Selling houses is a people business and Frank Innes in West Bridgford had the right people to market and sell our property. The team provided a great service and we thought they achieved a fair price in a difficult market. We had been using a different estate agent and Frank Innes were better all round. Wish we had worked with them sooner.

We had such a short timescale to find a home and after what seemed like a hopeless search we met Jessi Pabla. She was a breath of fresh air, efficient, professional, positive and showed us something we didn't even know we wanted which has turned out to be the most perfect home!

Having moved a long way to live in Nottingham, I was pleased with the friendly, helpful and overall professional service provided in helping me get settled in to my new home, particularly by Jessi Pabla J who handled the viewing and application.

I found this branch positive, customer focused and strong on communication. Those who were involved in our sale (Kim, Sharon and Faye) worked well as a team and were assiduous in tracking down and resolving the issues that were delaying completion. From my perspective they were worth their fee and I would recommend them.

I found this Agency very easy to deal with. Tony Cotterill valued the property, then he, Morgan and Kim, steered me through the whole process. They took care of viewings, and liaised with the legal side too. I was very pleased with the time and attention given to us. Highly recommend.
