Qais at Haart Estate Agency @Wembley was wonderful from day I met him, I gave him my instructions regarding selling my property and he worked real hard at fulfilling them. First sale did not go through because of buyer bank, I was fed up and pulled my house from market, notified Qais and he was very professional about it. Months passed and he contacted me again to ask if he can have another chance, I was happy as I was now living in the USA and my house was empty. He worked real hard in finding me a buyer and with a very close price to what I wanted. During negotiations he was very knowledgeable and responsive; the solicitor I was appointed on recommendations of Haart was useless, I ask questions and she never answers, she asks me for information, I supply but she would never acknowledge receipt. I was lost but Qais was always at my side, he would find answers and relay them to me. He kept in touch with me knowing I am far away and cannot just make a phone call to get answers. He even was answering me while on his holiday. With regard to Haart as a company they are very professional and straight forward, I am happy I found them and will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you Haart for selling my house.

Given the lack of honesty that exists in the property world, Qais has clearly set the precedence for how Estate Agents should operate. The transparency throughout the process of finding a property and going through to exchange and completion was managed extremely well and honest. I never once felt that the seller or the estate agent were acting in any negative way. Qais and his team are not Estate Agents, but i would classify them as Real Estate Experts as they have worked to a quality i have not experienced before. I found all the other estate agents a complete waste of time and lacked any credibility. I hope Qais continues to maintain this level of service, as i will be sure to use him again in the near/far future.

When I first met members of Haarts at the Wembley Park branch, I wasn't so sure about using their services to sell my property, however, it rapidly became apparent at just how professional, polite, efficient and "on the ball" Ahmad, Demi and Qais are. At every stage they gave me feedback and kept me updated on viewings/offers, and even when I was having difficulties with solicitors being slow at progressing the sale, Qais stepped in and spoke to solicitors on both sides which helped speed matters up. To say I was impressed is putting it mildly (when you consider the reputation estate agents have ;-) ) I would most definitely recommend Haarts in Wembley Park if you're thinking of selling your property. A nice bunch of people. It now remains for Haarts to find me my next property :-)

We recently sold a house in Wembley and dealt with the branch manager Qais. He helped us through the whole process and make everything stress free as possible! Selling your first house can sometimes be a nightmare and finding another one is even more stressful, but Qais was there throughout the process to make sure everything was handled without any stress! He even done most of the job for the other agent by making sure he progressed matters in the timeframe we wanted as we had pre planned holidays. He was absolutely amazing and even took my calls outside working hours which I know was a major inconvenience! Thank you for making our dream move come true Qais!
