Very professional and respectful I found Omar Hussan to be a very pleasant man who was informative and allowed us to ask many questions. He was punctual and gave options with no pressure. I would recommend his service to anyone looking to sell their home. Neil Kiernan, the branch partner is such a helpful expert to landlords when we look for new tenants recently expecting higher rent to compensate big jump of mortgage. He recommended options to us and helped us set up new terms with discounts. By adding a protection cover, he has kindly offered reduced management fee to ease our pain of management cost, meanwhile get us protected well from future uncertainty. He also helped to lock the reduced management fee for another property of us with Haart during live tenancy. We are confident Neil and his team will find us new tenants very soon to minimise gaps between tenancy switching, and most importantly secure us a much improved rent in current extremely challenging renting market. This 5 star review is solely based on the service we received from Neil Kiernan, Branch partner, Wembley. Otherwise, property management team does not even deserve a 1 star! For over 6 weeks since we vacated the property renting through Haart, we have been trying to get some information regarding the deposit held, however, management team is impossible to reach on the phone, emails passed from one to another with no follow ups, so I have been repeating myself for over a month with no outcome. Whole experience was really frustrating and overwhelming, until the matter was passed to Neil Kiernan. Neil was absolutely brilliant, called me several times, went above and beyond and resolved the issue in the matter of couple of days. It is a shame that reputation of the company with great employees like Neil, is tarnished by some individuals, who do not take customer service seriously. Thank you Neil.

If it wasn't for Neil and his team I am not sure if I would have taken the decision to rent my current flat. Their help and kindness has made me feel safe and relaxed. I did my first viewing with Hamid who was great and my second viewing with Neil as I wanted to be sure about my decision hence I asked for a second viewing and Neil was very happy to accommodate this request of mine. Neil has helped me from start to finish. He has provided me all details, replied to all my questions...even though they could be so many sometimes :)Neil has also helped me with all the paperwork and providing me updates throughout the process.
