I feel compelled to write a review today regarding Haarts Management team and in particular I want to mention one agent Mr Ionut Buciuleac who has been really excellent. What has impressed me so much is his professionalism, calm, integrity and accessibility. Recently here have been a number of really difficult property dilemmas which more or less occurred at the same time and would have been difficult for anyone to deal with but Ionut was I have to say brilliant and handled everything and all parties involved with aplomb. This is the second agent I have worked with closely at Haarts who have both been outstanding. I'm very happy with the service I received from Haarts Wembley when selling my property recently. They were professional, determined and proactive, which is what you need to get through to completion. The team really pulled it out of the bag from the start. I have to give a special mention to Wais for his professionalism showing prospective buyers around, and Qais - the area partner who was exemplary - a stand out hardworking and tenacious professional who was critical to the deal getting done. Haart Wembley managed our property for around 1.5 years, and unfortunately the experience was consistently disappointing. Communication was always very slow, with responses coming late or not at all. They failed to arrange proper cleaning services, and even after we paid for professional cleaning ourselves, we were not reimbursed as promised. Now, they have completely stopped responding to our calls and emails. Overall, the lack of accountability and professionalism has caused us significant stress and financial loss. I would advise other landlords and tenants to be very cautious before working with this branch.
