I don’t usually leave these sort of reviews for my interactions with individuals and companies as the level of service usually is what is expected for any transactions in a customer service based roles. In this case I fell I have to make an exception as this one individual has stood out like a cat amongst pigeons. Asem Dawlazie at haart estate agents in Wembley Park has managed to change my views of what the stereotypical agent is like. There are always a few exceptions to the rule and this gentleman is an example that not all agents have an unprofessional attitude and mentality. Asem was able to provide me with enough information in order for me to make a decision based on these information and facts rather than just making anything up in order to convince me to buy the property. Not only did he provide me with the information but he didn’t forget me when the deal was agreed and ensured that the transaction was as hassle free as possible with the least amount of headache for me. I can't stress enough how a 5 star review is not enough to portray how grateful I am to come across such an Agent who is so committed to his work and not just motivated by sales and genuinely wishes to find buyers the perfect property, whether it would be for investment or to move in themselves. I do believe that Asem deserves all the respect and should be highly recommended to any person interested in buying property in the Middlesex area. A big thank you to Asem and the rest of his team for being a model estate agent and helping me find the perfect investment property for myself and I can assure anyone reading this that Asem and his office in Wembley will definitely be able to help any individual who is looking to purchase the property or even if they are looking to sell their property.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Qais at haart Wembley Park. I can honestly say Qais has been exceptional. He has gone beyond his duty to help me with my property transaction. I have used a few estate agents over the years but the service Qais has provided me has been exceptional. His professionalism definitely sets him apart from other estate agents I have used and his knowledge of property in Wembley and the surrounding areas is second to none. Qais would give me a daily update call and on a few occasions, he gave me a call when he was on annual leave to give me an update on my transaction! I have been really impressed with Qais and would definitely recommend him to anyone purchasing/selling a house around the Wembley.

I had the pleasure of dealing with an agent who understands the property market like the back of his hand. Parth is a genuine agent who is breaking the stereotype of what an estate agent is and how they conduct themselves. This guy went above and beyond his working hours and sacrificed his social life and or family life in order to help me find the perfect property for me and my family. I would just like the world to know, Parth at haart estate agents in Wembley is an amazing agent and really listens and understands to what the buyers needs, requirements and wants are. I have been looking for a property since last year with Parth and he was able to find us a property fairly quickly, unfortunately due to some financial issues we were unable to proceed with the property. Parth was very understanding and reassured us that we would be able to buy in a few months time. Thanks to his guidance and advice we were able to increase our budget and find an amazing, larger property. I can’t wait to get my keys this Friday. I am highly grateful for meeting such an agent who has been patient and allowed us to be able to buy our first property and ensured the whole process is as stress free as possible. It seems they only work on backhanders - if they get you a good deal you have to pay them some cash as well as £60 to instruct a solicitor. Well our sale fell through, bought through a different company but stayed with solicitor as we were told the £60 was non- refundable. Turns out the £60 wasn't given to the solicitor. Heart kept it is was for them recommending a solicitor. Who would pay £60 for a recommendation when you can do this one. As for the solicitor thats another story. Luckily I never handed over any more money (although it was requested ) before completion as never got the property

First of all I would like to say big thank you to all of haart Estate Agents for helping me look for my first property. However I would like to place on record my biggest thank you to Ahmad. I had no clue about the process of buying a house but he was amazing from start until the end and explained everything to us. He made us feel relaxed about it all. In all honesty he was better then the solicitors I was recommended to use by haart. He knew answers to all my questions and in an event that he didn’t have answers which was very rare, he would tell us that he will call us back once he found out. He always kept this promise, which is a fantastic quality to have. He remained professional from the first day that I met him until the day completed. Me and my husband will forever be grateful to him and will not hesitate to recommend him to our friends. Francesco was brilliant! He showed a great selection of properties, which we viewed and he had very good knowledge about the surrounding area. From the day we had the viewings to when offer was made and then through to completion he was very informative about what happens next. He was always contactable, helped so much in answering questions we raised about the property we were purchasing. He is professional and approachable. Francesco referred as to Ravesh Patel a mortgage advisor who was again fantastic. He explained everything to us in regards to the mortgage and the options available.
