GoogleI enquired about a property and went for a viewing at Grey and Co. The gentleman that dealt with me was called Hassan and he was very professional and well mannered. I’m local to the area and was recommended by someone and I couldn’t be happier with their service and how quickly I was able to view the house. No messing about and to the point but also very informative and helpful in their approach.

GoogleKnowing Ryan from previous agents and actually buying my current home via him it was a no brainer to engage Crown to list my vacant rental property for sale or for rent. Even though it took sometime to rent the feedback was always consistent and was nothing negative to do with Crown. Finally the property has let and would have zero issue with using Crown again to list any of my other properties👍👍👍 well done team Crown

GoogleWe put a starting offer on a house in Ryhill sent all the necessary documents got an email to say they had sent an email to the vendor Telephoned them following Monday to be told she had received an email from the vendor to remove the the property off the market no more viewing’s no more offers To find out today the property was sold subject to contract We have not received any communication to say it was back on the market or we’d even been out bidded like Rhonda said she would do NOT HAPPY IN ANYWAY SHAPE OR FORM If you could give half a star then that’s what I give them

GoogleHappened at the Castleford branch but I can see that chris is also rude to other members of the public went in to ask him if he could ring a taxi really grumpy and rang one with attitude and then when I went back in because I was stranded in a different city he was just like you will just have to go and wait for it then completely heartless could of froze should be sacked I hope he is soon.

GoogleI found Grey & Co staff to be very helpful, professional, friendly and approachable. My mum rents a flat through them, and as with any flats there have been some problems. I found myself calling/texting on numerous occasions (especially recently) and I always received a prompt response pretty much on the same day. My main point of contact was Carina and she had been on the case pretty much every time my mum needed some work done at the flat etc. Any problems were dealt with and rectified in a swift manner. I would certainly recommend to use Grey & Co. They certainly look after their tenants. Thank you Carina and Abigail.
