GoogleThe 5-star is for the property manager who managed my flat - Carina. While there were some minor struggles and issues with the flat when I moved in, everything just got instantly fixed through a painless experience as soon as Carina took over. She was always available, even at nights and on weekends for emergency help when I'd got locked out. She's been very responsive, helpful and willing to talk through and understand the situation and provide the appropriate assistance, even when I was moving out. Overall, my experience with Grey & Co. has been a pleasant one and I look forward to renting from you in the future.

GoogleTerrible estate agent. We bought a house through them and just after we moved in the alarm started going off. I have an autistic daughter who is very sound sensitive so it was a nightmare. We were not given a code for the alarm. I rang Chris multiple times but was ignored or my calls were cancelled. He then turned off his phone and didn’t reply. This was not the only thing either. Avoid this place
