GoogleCan't thank the team enough. Salv and team was very helpful and proactive throughout the entire process. I was updated accordingly and communication was great between all parties. Salv and team found us a buyer on the 1st week of putting our flat up on the market! The team had fantastic knowledge of the developement. GoogleI have used Wrights to help with the rental of my property for 18 years and they have been absolutely fantastic. I would give them 10 stars if available! I had a series of tricky problems arising from the departure of my last tenant and their help, support and advice got me through the last month smoothly. Frankly, I don't know how I'd have managed without Wrights and I just cannot recommend them highly enough. Wrights have a great team who work conscientiously and efficiently for both landlords and tenants - always trying to get a good match for both parties. With all the regulations landlords have to meet these days, it is good that companies like Wrights keep us up to date and compliant, saving us trouble in the long run. Thank you Wrights for all your years of excellent service.

GoogleWrights sold a property for myself under some difficult circumstances. Salvatore was absolutely brilliant. He was so patient, positive and supportive. In terms of pricing etc, we looked at other estate agents in the local area and Wrights were far more fair in price. I will definitely be using Wrights in future.

GoogleAs a buyer, I found the agents (especially Sharon who led the sale) approachable, efficient, and the negotiation/sales process was positive. I never felt being ever a hard sell. If selling in the area I would consider using them in future.

GoogleI have lived in London all my life in UK. In 2007 I was looking to invest and I got in touch with Wrights Agents in Welwyn Garden City. Since then, I seem to have not only found the most diligent and professional agents , I felt I found a family in a town that was totally new to me. All the managers and staff were most helpful in making me comfortable in a town I knew nothing about. Since 2007 I have had dealings with Wrights for purchase, rental and sale of properties. In 2016 I had one of my flats on sale with Wrights . Wrights got me an offer in one Saturday viewings and £10K above the asking price . I introduced my sister to them for her flats and she too is with them since 2009. Wrights have all my and my sisters flats under full management for rental too. This has been a blessings for when we are away for long holidays. We enjoy stress free trips knowing that the flats are in good hands. They look after so well that we often forget we have flats on rent. If ever we have a query , Wrights have most promptly attended to it. Our family is with Wrights since 2007 what more can one say?!! GoogleI'm not even a customer of theirs and haven't been for over a decade, but today I was moving out from a flat above the Welwyn garden city branch and was let down last minute by my moving van. So with all my belonging outside and waiting on friends with large cars to arrive it started raining, and what did these wonderful people do? They came out and started placing umbrellas over my sofa to protect it from elements. Absolute legends. Certainly brightened what was becoming a miserable and stressful day

GoogleOur experience with Wrights has been a very positive one. The care and attention to detail when marketing our property was second to none. Salv, Sharon and Liam all visited our house so that they could speak about it knowledgeably when showing potential buyers around. We had absolute faith and trust that they knew the market and they worked extremely hard to secure many bookings for potential buyers to visit our house, where another local agent had failed. Wrights secured a sale for us within 2 weeks of marketing our property (despite a slump in the market) and the whole process from start to finish has been less than 4 months. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their house.
