GoogleAll of the Lettings team at Wrights have been so helpful throughout the entire process.
We initially had a flat fall through (through no fault of the agency) and they then enabled us to FaceTime to view the property as we weren’t based locally at the time.
We mostly dealt with Phil and Amiee, and they were always able to help us out - even when I’d lost my flat key just before a World Cup game last year!
Would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them, our only issue is they don’t operate where we wanted to move to!

GoogleWas told twice that a property was ‘unavailable’ after attempting to put in an offer but not even being able to do so due to the agents judgment, even though we satisfied the criteria beyond minimum requirements..This property is still on the market, now at a reduced price as it was never let, even though this is what we were told. Also felt like an inconvenience to them when attempted to ask for the offer form. Don’t recommend trying to rent through this agency.
