GoogleExcellent service from start to finish. Wrights were the 3rd agent we tried to sell our property and I could tell within days we had made the right decision. The level of communication was brilliant and the best support we had received. Salv especially was exceptional and would even contact me on his days off. I was constantly chasing for completion and in my opinion was a bit of a pain seller but nothing was an issue and all was dealt with quickly. I would recommend them to everyone they are the best estate agents in Welwyn Garden City by far

GoogleI live outside the UK but following my father's death had to sell hs house. After an initial in person meeting Salvatore managed everything for me without me again needing to return to the UK. Cleared the house, attended to urgent repairs etc. and most importantly found a buyer for the house! I can't recommend Wrights highly enough!

GoogleAfter seeing a similar property being sold in the area we contacted different Estate Agent who were very negative about our flat and the economy and very condescending. We got onto Sal at Wrights and were instantly impressed from the moment we met. Really friendly and with a positive approach to the valuation process we achieved what we wanted for the flat in a challenging market. My only criticism is about having to chase on one occasion for updates but we only had to chase once and from that point on we were given updates regularly. I would definitely recommend.

GoogleI recently sold my house through Wrights. Right from my first meeting with Salvatore and his colleagues, Natalija and Tina, I knew they were the agents for me. I followed their suggested selling price and I had an offer within 14 days of going to market. All three looked after my sale and kept me fully informed of progress with regards to solicitors and other agents on a regular basis. The sale was kept fully managed, so that issues were tackled immediately and proceeded smoothly. I can genuinely say that I couldn’t be happier with the service received. Highly recommended, thanks everyone!

We cant fault them at all, they made everything easy for us, really friendly and helpful team. Nothing is too much trouble and always at the end of the phone for reassurance and advice. GoogleLooks like unable to dial a number to potential clients. Call back after leaving voicemail - nope, call again "one of my colleagues will call you back shortly as she is dealing with your offer" - nope. Basically receiving any call from this agency must be considered as a miracle... If you would like to constantly keep calling them to see what is happening their service is the best! Well even then, unfortunately they don`t have answers...
