I couldn’t recommend Wrights enough. From the very beginning, the whole process felt straightforward and stress-free. Salv managed to secure us a buyer before we even went to market, and we ended up achieving over the asking price, which we were delighted with! The entire sale was completed in just 7 weeks, and throughout it all, Salv kept us informed, was always on hand to answer any questions, and made what can be a really stressful process feel so much easier. I can’t praise the team at Wright’s enough. Having had an issue with accessing my flat, Karen and Lucinda were incredible today. Despite being incredibly busy, they immediately took it upon themselves to arrange an engineer across to the flat and sorted the issue with a new fob. Beyond the act itself, it was refreshing to have someone genuinely empathise with my situation. We had a fantastic experience selling our home with this agency. Salv was absolutely amazing, incredibly professional, with a sharp eye for detail and a deep knowledge of the market. The team at Wrights have been absolutely brilliant. My fiancé and I recently moved into what could be our forever home in a fantastic location, and throughout the entire process of both selling our old property and purchasing our new home, the team at Wrights were exceptional. A special mention has to go to Sal, Liam and Tina, who worked closely together to make sure both our sale and purchase progressed as smoothly as possible. Their communication, professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile made what can be an incredibly stressful process as stress-free as possible. They helped us sell us both our house and my dad’s house in a challenging environment in 2025, after both had been rented out for years via other well known agents. Wrights were incredibly honest, timely and efficient in comms throughout. Big thanks to Salv for assisting us in purchasing our lovely new house in WGC. Recently appointed Wrights to sell our home in Welwyn Garden. Spoke to Salvatore (Branch Manager) who very quickly came to view the house and agree a sale price. Property was on the market within a few days of initial contact. Salvatore did a fantastic job with the photographs and walk through tour with what seems to be industry leading camera equipment. The description of the property was also written with care and attention, and was not a copy and paste job. This added a touch of class and individual personality to the advert. Greatly appreciated! Very poor customer service. On 15th of July I arranged viewing for properly that was for sale. Sharon Knight said that viewing is not possible sooner than 19th of July. Sellers are not available. I waited the whole week to receive a message from Sharon a day before the viewing that my booking is cancelled because there will be an offer on the table. WHAT THE HECK? I've been with Wrights just over 10 years which in itself says a lot about the level of service they provide to the tenants and buyers alike. From the minute I contacted them for the first time all day way to this present day they have always been very friendly, understanding, professional and helpful and they really make sure that all the properties are in perfect condition for the tenants. They put their potential tenants and buyers at the heart of what they do. Any time I had any issues with the property they sorted everything for me pretty much immediately with no hassle. I've been dealing with many of the great employees of Wrights over the years but Karen and Phil were my main go to people and they are absolutely brilliant and I can't Thank them enough for all the help and support I received from them over the years. Genuinely I can't recommend Wrights of Welwyn Garden City enough. Worked with Shaun Murphy (letting negotiator); he helped me find a flat which was exactly what I wanted both aesthetically and price point. I am a first time renter and as you can imagine with the current market how hard, chaotic, and quite nerve wracking it currently is. Shaun was fantastic, he was able to answer all my questions (which you would be surprised how many estate agents seem to know nothing about the area yet along the flat). Super friendly and professional and was able from one viewing to get me set up with another viewing within 48 hours for another flat that met all my requirements. He is very responsive and quick to find out answers to all your questions.
