We couldn't recommend Wrights more! They have helped us finding the perfect house and they have being incredibly supportive all the way. Always so accommodating in sorting extra viewings and access to the property for us. Fantastic in keeping us in the loop and keep communication clear, despite us having some issues with our own solicitors. A big thank you to Natalija and Tina for being so professional and just making the whole process much easier. This estate agent is outstanding. My elderly Mum has been a tenant of theirs for many years. Not only have they ensured that my Mum is safe and comfortable in her home, making adjustments, alterations and repairs promptly, but they also take care of her in emergencies. This afternoon after a call from the emergency responders, I needed to find someone to see if my Mum was OK, I am in Wales! In desperation I called Wrights to see if they could help, and before I had even finished the call they were out the door and on their way to my Mum's. They found her on the bathroom floor and called an ambulance. They stayed with her until they and my niece arrived and kept me notified of what was going on. Fortunately the paramedics were able to treat Mum at home. If Wright's had not responded so promptly who knows how long my Mum would have been lying on the cold bathroom floor on her own. This is above and beyond and totally restores my faith in humanity. Well done Wright's! ❤️🏆🎖️🎖️

I initially had a positive impression of this property and left a nice review after viewing it. However, my experience quickly turned sour. Despite meeting the requirements, I was later informed that the landlord chose someone else. Days later, I noticed the property was back on the market at a reduced price. It’s disappointing to feel that my family, particularly because my girlfriend, who is pregnant, receives benefits while I work full-time, may have been discriminated against. Discrimination in housing is unacceptable, unethical, and, in many cases, illegal. Shameful behavior that potential tenants should be aware of!
