All of the team members seem to enjoy what they do and work very well together. Communication is very important when selling a property, this is something they are all extremely good at. GoogleI have called and enquired about 1 bed flat this morning, and the lady have asked me who will the property be for, as I have one baby on the way and will be born in the next 4-5 months, me and my partner decided that up to 1-2 years we don't need more than 1 bed, with separate kitchen and dining. And she have told me that "you must rent a two bedroom flat if you re expecting a baby", she was very unprofessional, in the end I have asked her this is what your agency inputs, and she said yes.
Same of you, if you input a rule, you should have first read the guidelines on gov.uk.

The property you phoned regarding is only a one bedroom, as per the shelter website, a child aged one and over is classed as half a person and a one bedroom property is deemed as ‘overcrowded’ with two adults and a one year old. I understand you are only pregnant at this point in time however this Landlord is looking for a long-term tenant which unfortunately won’t be achievable with a child. Our guidance is always that families take a minimum two bedroom property to allow you to grow into the property. We apologise you feel our staff were unprofessional, exceptional customer service is something we make sure to deliver at all times and are surprised to hear you feel this way.
